Christmas joy for Tübingen children And just like that, it's Christmas time again. The year has barely begun, and it's already Christmas. But one year is nothing compared to 50 years of "Gerhard Rösch company kindergarten". And of course, this big anniversary should be celebrated. So we thought about how we could bring joy to children in Tübingen at Christmas and came across the "Päckchenengel" (Parcel Angels) campaign. Every year, from January 15th to December 6th, people from Tübingen and the region can fill a shoebox with gifts and drop it off at one of the collection points. The packages are then distributed to children from financially disadvantaged families or refugee children who are supposed to get a good start to their new life in Germany - an action "From Tübingen residents for Tübingen residents". Since "Wunschbaum e.V." (Wish Tree association) works voluntarily and free of charge, such a great project can only be realized with financial support. Thus, in our outlet in Tübingen, we implemented the "Donate-your-discount" campaign, where our customers could waive their additional discount and instead donate this amount to the Päckchenengel campaign by Wunschbaum e.V. and Caritas. We are very happy that thanks to the diligent donations from our customers, almost 1,000 EUR were collected, and we can donate this amount in full to the Päckchenengel campaign by Wunschbaum e.V. and Caritas. We would like to sincerely thank all donors for their willingness to donate and very much hope that many more children will be able to enjoy a package at Christmas.

Summer fabrics
Light and airy summer fabrics - For an all-around fresh wearing experience - Finally summer, finally time again for light fabrics and airy cuts! Down, fleece and co. disappear into the closet and we look forward to delicate materials in which we feel comfortable all day long. These summer fabrics are ideal for high temperatures For summer fabrics to prevent sweating even when the thermometer climbs extremely high, they must meet special requirements. Moisture-regulating and air-permeable properties are particularly important, for example. If heat builds up under the clothes and body moisture cannot escape, we literally stew in our own juice: an unpleasant feeling that everyone can do without. In addition, odors quickly develop: we don't want to inflict that on ourselves or others. Fortunately, there are light fabrics for the warm season that easily meet the requirements mentioned above. Silk, for example, is one of them. Silk is incredibly light and comfortable to wear even in great heat. It even has a slightly cooling effect and gives us a wonderfully fresh feeling. Cotton and linen are also light fabrics that are well suited for summer. Especially with cotton, however, there are big differences. For autumn and winter, a firm and heavy quality is mainly offered, while cotton for summer is much finer and airier. The fiber can absorb moisture very well and is wonderfully breathable: perfect for summer shirts, tunics and dresses! Summer fabrics like linen are also very popular. Although linen fibers wrinkle quite quickly, they also have moisture-regulating as well as dirt and odor-repellent properties. And then there's viscose. The fabrics feel as pleasant on the skin as silk and are often extremely delicate. They also drape very beautifully, which is a big advantage especially for blouses, dresses and skirts. Summer cuts and light fabrics: a divinely fresh combination However, summer fabrics alone are not enough for an airy feeling, because the cuts must also match the season. Tight-fitting clothing should be taboo in summer, for example. The reason: the skin cannot breathe underneath, which leads to a so-called sauna effect. For some people, too-tight clothing can even lead to hot flashes and circulatory problems in high temperatures. Loose-fitting fabrics are therefore always the better choice. This allows a gust of wind or two to reach the skin, and you immediately feel much more comfortable. The most beautiful colors for light summer fabrics Summer fabrics and dark colors like black and dark blue: that doesn't really go well together! Instead, choose light tones. After all, black absorbs sunlight while white reflects it. Whether solid-colored, patterned or with cheerful prints doesn't matter at all: the main thing is that the look exudes summery lightness and freshness. There is one exception, however: for people with sensitive skin, dark and light fabrics can be useful. Black offers better sun protection compared to white. Summer fabrics make hot days bearable! Our color consultation helps you find the optimal styling for all color types. Learn how fashion professionals determine color types and what to consider! Color consultation as the key to a perfect appearance Fashion experts use the four seasons to determine color types. So there is a spring, summer, autumn, and winter type. However, color types have nothing to do with the month you were born. Instead, color consultation is based on very simple rules of thumb, which we would like to present to you below. The Spring Type: gentle tan and bright, clear eyes Does your skin naturally have a slightly golden undertone and does it get a delicate tan in summer? Do you have blonde or light to medium brown hair with a soft golden shimmer, perhaps even a few freckles and bright clear eyes that shine blue, gray, green, or hazel? If you recognize yourself now, you are undoubtedly a spring type. To emphasize the golden nuances in your complexion and hair, it is best to wear warm red, yellow, and orange tones. Ochre and other brown tones with a yellowish undertone, as well as fresh pastel green tones, also suit you very well. Stylists advise spring color types against black, white, and blue, as they would detract from the golden shimmer's charm. Determining color types: the Summer type Classic characteristics of summer color types are light hair such as platinum and ash blonde. The blonde looks cool and often has a delicate silver shimmer. However, cool brown tones are also assigned to the summer type. The complexion is pale to rosy and has a bluish undertone. It hardly tans and is prone to sunburn. Bright, luminous eyes in blue, green or grey are also very typical. Our color consultation revealed you are a summer type? Then, in terms of fashion, ideally go for blue, light grey, old rose, burgundy red and ivory. Pastel green tones also suit you well. The Autumn type: warm tones clearly dominate here Autumnal color types are recognized by chestnut or mahogany, or dark brown hair. In rare cases, the hair also shows a golden blonde tone. Fashionably, autumn types are best guided by the colors of autumn foliage, which are rather taboo for summer types: orange and yellow tones, a strong red and soft earth tones suit them excellently. Get to know us and our new yoga collection - from us for you! "Inhale - Exhale" - A slightly different workday On April 25, 2022, it's "Inhale - Exhale" for our Rösch and Rökona colleagues - and it starts early in the morning at 7:00 AM. The day of our yoga collection photoshoot is here! Despite all the organization, things are a bit chaotic at first: Who gets which favorite outfit? Who has already had their makeup done? Has everyone cleaned their mat yet? Is all the equipment ready? After a short briefing, each participant then gets to go "to Julia for makeup" one after another. After two hours of preparation and setup, our colleagues finally get on their mats. And suddenly it gets quiet - probably the calmest Rösch photoshoot so far begins. Two hours later, everything is in the bag and we are happy. Now we wish you just as much fun discovering our new collection and taking a look behind the scenes.
