For Rösch Fashion, sustainability is not a short-term fashion trend but part of our self-conception. Since 1949, we have combined high-quality women's fashion, textile experience, and responsible action with the aim of developing products that bring lasting joy.
For us, sustainability means consciously considering the entire creation process of a product: from material selection to design, fit, and manufacturing, all the way to collaboration with our suppliers, production partners, and employees.

Our collections are created at our company headquarters in Tübingen – from the initial idea to colors, cuts and materials, all the way to the production-ready model. We combine textile experience with a clear commitment to quality, fit, and workmanship.
Production takes place either in our own manufacturing facility or with selected, long-standing partner companies, depending on the collection and product. Regardless of the production location, we value reliable collaboration, defined quality standards, and continuous development of our processes.
Responsible Supply Chain
Our supply chain has grown over many years and is based on long-term partnerships. We work with selected suppliers and production partners with whom we share a common understanding of quality, reliability, and responsibility.
We focus on clear requirements, regular coordination, and conscious development along the entire production and supply chain. Where possible, we rely on efficient methods and processes – always with the goal of combining quality, responsibility, and economic viability in a meaningful way.
Product & Materials
High-Quality Materials
Especially in nightwear, leisurewear, and resortwear, comfortable materials play a central role. We value qualities that feel good on the skin, are carefully processed, and support the demand for comfort and durability.
Natural materials, certified qualities, and selected recycled materials are part of our range. Our focus is on consciously and progressively developing our product lines.
Certified & Recycled Materials
For selected items, we rely on certified cotton qualities, natural materials, and recycled fibers. These include materials obtained from production waste or recycled plastics.
An honest look at the product is important to us: Not every material serves the same function. Therefore, depending on the application, we check which quality best suits comfort, durability, and responsibility.
Less Plastic & More Awareness
Where it makes sense and is technically possible, we work with recycled materials and resource-saving alternatives. Especially in certain product areas, recycled fibers can be a valuable addition.
We understand sustainability not as a finished state but as a continuous development. Every step counts – in materials, packaging, processes, and resource management.
People at the Center
Responsibility is evident not only in the product but also in cooperation. People are at the heart of Rösch Fashion – at the company headquarters in Tübingen, in our own production facility, and with our long-standing partner companies.
As early as 1971, Gerhard Rösch GmbH opened its own company kindergarten. To this day, team spirit, reliability, and long-term thinking are among the values that characterize our company.
Sustainability is not a promise for tomorrow, but a task for every day.
We know: Responsibility does not arise from individual measures, but from attitude, consistency, and the willingness to evolve. Therefore, we continuously work to combine quality, comfort, and conscious action.
Operations & Processes
In our operations, too, we work to use resources more consciously and to further develop processes. This includes measures to reduce our CO₂ footprint, responsible energy management, and continuous review of our internal procedures.
Our aim is not only to develop good products but also to act more consciously as a company step by step – with a view to quality, responsibility, and the future.
